Policies & Procedures

Compliance

The Client and their guests must comply with all Venue rules and local ordinances.

Noise Restrictions

The Client agrees to adhere to local noise ordinances. The Venue reserves the right to intervene if noise levels are deemed disruptive.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the Venue.

Decor Restrictions

The following are not permitted: glitter, confetti, nails, staples, or open flames.

Alcohol Policy

The Client may provide alcohol to guests. However, the sale of alcohol on the property is strictly prohibited.

Pond Use Policy

Use of the pond for swimming, fishing, or any other activity is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the event and additional liability for any damages or incidents.

In the event that the Client wishes to cancel the services outlined in this Agreement, written notice must be provided to the Service Provider no later than 14 days before the scheduled event date.

If the cancellation notice is received within the stipulated notice period, the Client will be entitled to a refund of any payments made.

If the cancellation notice is received after the 14-day notice period, the Client will be subject to a cancellation fee. The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking will be forfeited in full and is non-refundable. This amount is retained by the Venue as compensation for preparation expenses and lost opportunities associated with the booking.

If the Client provides a cancellation notice 14 days or less before the scheduled event, the Service Provider reserves the right to retain the 50% payment received, and no refund will be issued.

In the event that the Client has already paid the remaining balance in full prior to cancellation, only the remaining 50% (excluding the deposit) will be refunded —provided the cancellation meets the criteria outlined above.

All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email or in person, and will only be considered valid once acknowledged and confirmed by the Venue. Clients are encouraged to notify the Venue of cancellations as early as possible. Failure to provide any cancellation notice (i.e., a no-show) will result in forfeiture of all amounts paid and may affect the Client’s eligibility to book future events at Venue 22.

Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, personal emergencies, or other events beyond the control of both parties. In such cases, the Service Provider and Client will work together to find a fair and reasonable resolution.
